Here's a nice and useful site I found recently. It's a Youtube video to MP3 converter.

Yes, you heard that right. It converts Youtube videos into an MP3 file and as far as I know, there doesn't seem to be any quality loss from the conversion. It's very useful with getting certain songs you can only find on Youtube. Try it out.
